⚠️CANCELLATION POLICY⚠️ ✅Credit Card information is required for all reservation. ✅Cancellation fee $50 / pax will be charged to No Show, reducing pax without informing us in advance or cancellation on the day. ✅ We will require a $50 per pax authorisation hold to confirm your booking reservation. It will be automatically released within 1 -2 weeks from your reservation date unless in the event of no-show or cancellation of above. [Please note: Depending on your credit card company, the authorization hold may appear as an actual charge on your transaction history. However, we assure you that no charge has been made by our restaurant, and it is only a temporary hold.] ☑️ Table holding time is 15 mins. After 15 mins from reserved time, your reservation will be canceled and table will be released to other customers. ☑️ We're not able to accept a delay more than 15 mins. Please reserve the time you can come. ◯ All guest are required to order at least one drink each. ◯ Please note that we may not able to take your next reservation if you don’t show up without informing us. ◯ We may ask to finish dine in 2hrs. ◯ Please try giving us a call, as we may be able to prepare some seats for you even there is no vacancy on the website. ◯ Please call us directly if you have any specific requests. ◯ We may not be able to take a call after 6pm due to operation. ◯ For parties two or fewer, seating will be at the counter.
