⚠️Please write your Members Number on the Requests and Questions next page.⚠️ If no Members Number we may not confirm your reservation and your reservation will be cancelled automatically. < Operating Hours > Open daily 11:00am to 11:00pm ※ We close at 10:00pm during renovation period. < Regulations > ◯ No person under the age of twenty (20) years is allowed in the Mahjong Room. ◯ Members who wish to utilize the Mahjong Room are required to place a reservation with Lounge. In case of changes or cancellation, members are required to inform the lounge immediately. ◯ Reservation can be made 2 weeks in advance, on a first-come-first-serve basis. ◯ Mahjong table will be switched on upon reservation time and made available for usage. Extension of usage is allowed only if there are no reservations made. Also, if usage ends before reserved time, only the duration used will be chargeable. ◯ After usage, members will receive a TAX INVOICE, and payment will be made by membership card. ◯ Consumption of food and drinks is allowed only from the exclusive menu. ◯ Members are required to ensure that the Mahjong set is complete before leaving the room and are to take responsibility for the facilities and equipment. In case of damage or loss of items, members may be requested by Japanese Association for compensation. < Fees > Weekday 11:00am - 5:00pm $12 5:00pm - 11:00pm $20 Weekend & PH 11:00am - 11:00pm $20 ※ 改修工事期間中は、10:00pmに閉店となります。 ⚫︎次のページの「ご要望とご質問」欄会員番号をご記入ください。 ⚫︎ご予約は14日前より可能です。 ⚫︎ゲーム(マージャン)ルームは20歳以上の方のみご利用、ご入室いただけます。 ⚫︎キャンセル及び変更の際は、ラウンジまで直接お電話ください。 ⚫︎予約時間になるとラウンジスタッフによりマージャン卓の電源が入れられ、予約した時間までご利用いただけます。延長は他の会員が予約をしていない場合に限り可能です。予約した時間より早く終了した場合には原則、利用時間のみ料金が課されます。 ⚫︎お食事、お飲み物はラウンジメニューよりご注文いただけます。飲食物のお持ち込みはご遠慮ください。 ⚫︎備品の破損や紛失が認められた際には、会員に弁償を求める場合もあります。お取り扱いにご注意ください。
